What Does a Typical Home Inspection Cost?
Prices may vary depending on services rendered and location, but are generally as follows:

  • Inspections starting at   –   $325
  • Radon testing      –       $75
  • Water test          –       $75

Any additional buildings you would like inspected outside of the home and one garage, i.e. guest house, shop, etc., is based on sq. ft. starting at $50 per building.
